    qualifactions of an appllicant for a license to sell real estate in this
    state.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 15: Gronstal, Kibbie, Rittmer, Bennett, Bisignano,
    Connolly, Dearden, Drake, Fink, Giannetto, Halvorson, Lind, Lundby,
    McLaren and Sorensen. Nays, none.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 10, a concurrent
    resolution calling for the convening of a Conference of the States and
    providing for Iowas participation in the Conference.

    Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-3023.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 15: Gronstal, Kibbie, Rittmer, Bennett, Bisignano,
