                           INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTIONS

         Senate Concurrent Resolution 1, by Kibbie, Husak, Boswell, Judge,
    Bisignano, Fraise, Palmer, and Priebe, a concurrent resolution to
    request that Congress propose a Constitutional amendment, for
    ratification by the states, which would specify that the Congress and
    the states have the power to prohibit the physical desecration of the
    American flag.
