On motion by Siegrist of Pottawattamie, the House was recessed at 12:01 p.m., until 1:30 p.m. AFTERNOON SESSION The House reconvened at 1:40 p.m., Speaker Corbett in the chair. SPECIAL PRESENTATION TO HOUSE PAGES Speaker Corbett invited the House Pages to the Speaker's station for a special presentation and thanked them for their service to the House of Representatives.
