SENATE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED
Millage of Scott called up for consideration Senate File 475, a
bill for an act relating to state financial provisions and
providing applicability provisions and effective dates, amended
by the House, further amended by the Senate and moved that the
House concur in the following Senate amendment H-4159 to the
House amendment:

 1     Amend the House amendment, S-3572, to Senate File
 2   475, as passed by the Senate, as follows:
 3     1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 4 the
 4   following:
 5     "   .  Page 3, by inserting after line 1 the
 6   following:
 7     Sec. ___.  Section 8.21, Code 1995, is amended by
 8   adding the following new unnumbered paragraph:
