The proposition of issuing 25 bonds under this subsection is not approved unless the 26 vote in favor of the proposition is equal to at least 27 sixty percent of the vote cast. If a petition is not 28 filed, or if a petition is filed and the proposition 29 of issuing the bonds is approved at an election, the 30 governing body acting on behalf of the issuer may 31 proceed with the authorization and issuance of the 32 bonds. The committee amendment H-4098 was adopted. Teig of Hamilton moved that the bill be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time.
