 1     Amend the Senate amendment, H-4102, to House File
 2   247, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
 3   as follows:
 4     1.  Page 1, by striking lines 15 through 48.
 5     2.  By renumbering as necessary.
Amendment H-4113 lost.
On motion by Halvorson of Clayton, the House concurred in the
Senate amendment H-4102.
Halvorson of Clayton moved that the bill, amended by the Senate
and concurred in by the House,  be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 247)
