The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to have passed the House and the title was agreed to. IMMEDIATE MESSAGE Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent that House File 570 be immediately messaged to the Senate. SENATE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED Lamberti of Polk called up for consideration Senate File 358, a bill for an act relating to habitual offenders of the motor vehicle laws, by providing for an administrative adjudication of the habitual offender status and providing for the payment of fess, amended by the House, further amended by the Senate and moved that the House concur in the following Senate amendment H-4055 to the House amendment: H-4055 1 Amend the House amendment, S-3489, to Senate File 2 358, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, 3 as follows: 4 1. Page 1, by striking lines 3 through 9. 5 2. Page 1, by striking lines 24 through 27. 6 3. By renumbering as necessary. The motion prevailed and the House concurred in the Senate amendment H-4055, to the House amendment. Lamberti of Polk moved that the bill, as amended by the House, further amended by the Senate and concurred in by the House, be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time.
