Grundberg of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to

Grundberg of Polk offered the following amendment H-4017 filed
by her from the floor and moved its adoption:

 1     Amend House File 555 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 1, line 33, by inserting after the word
 3   "more." the following:  "The department, when
 4   conducting an audit of a taxpayer's return, shall also
 5   audit the tuition tax credit portion of the tax
 6   return."
