43     "Sec. ___.  EFFECTIVE DATE.  The amendments in this
44   Act to sections 562A.5 and 562A.6, being deemed of
45   immediate importance, take effect upon enactment."
46     20.  Title page, line 1, by inserting after the
47   word "to" the following:  "the exclusion of certain
48   nonprofit transitional housing from landlord-tenant
49   agreements and remedies, tenant remedies for landlord
50   noncompliance with a rental agreement,".

 1     21.  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
 2   word "danger" the following:  ", and providing an
 3   effective date".
 4     22.  By renumbering as necessary.
The motion prevailed and the House concurred in the Senate
amendment H-3981.
Vande Hoef of Osceola moved that the bill, as amended by the
Senate and concurred in by the House, be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
