IMMEDIATE MESSAGES Gipp of Winneshiek asked and received unanimous consent that the following bills be immediately messaged to the Senate: House Files 113 and 504. CONSIDERATION OF BILLS Unfinished Business Calendar The House resumed consideration of House File 401, a bill for an act relating to public health issues, including certain birth certificates and licensing of athletic trainers, previously deferred and placed on the unfinished business calendar. SENATE FILE 202 SUBSTITUTED FOR HOUSE FILE 401 Veenstra of Sioux asked and received unanimous consent to substitute Senate File 202 for House File 401. Senate File 202, a bill for an act relating to public health issues, including certain birth certificates and licensing of athletic trainers, was taken up for consideration. Veenstra of Sioux moved that the bill be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time.
