The following amendments filed by Mascher of Johnson and
Cornelius of Jackson on April 4, 1995, were withdrawn by
unanimous consent: H-3720  and H-3728.
Cornelius of Jackson moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
