up for consideration.
Disney of Polk offered amendment H-3915 filed by him as follows:

 2   reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
 3     1.  Page 1, lines 19 and 20, by striking the words
 4   and figures "or the home has been abandoned as defined
 5   in section 562B.27".
