Amendment H-3871 was adopted.
On motion by Fallon of Polk, amendment H-3822, as amended, was
adopted.
Running of Linn offered the following amendment H-3823 filed by
him and moved its adoption:
H-3823
 1     Amend Senate File 462 as amended, passed, and
 2   reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
 3     1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 21 the
 4   following:
 5     "   .  Medical assistance funding shall not be
 6   provided to a nursing facility licensed pursuant to
 7   chapter 135C, if the nursing facility segregates
 8   residents within the facility based upon source of
 9   payment of the resident's cost of care."
10     2.  By renumbering as necessary.
Roll call was requested by Schrader of Marion and Blodgett of
Cerro Gordo.
