IMMEDIATE MESSAGE Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent that House File 512 be immediately messaged to the Senate. SENATE MESSAGE CONSIDERED Senate File 256, by committee on agriculture, a bill for an act providing for notification of the application of pesticides. Read first time and passed on file. RULE 57 SUSPENDED Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent to suspend Rule 57, relating to committee notice and agenda, for a meeting of the committee on judiciary in Room 1, upon recess. MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE The following messages were received from the Senate: Mr. Speaker: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the Senate has on April 11, 1995, amended and passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: House File 41, a bill for an act relating to the establishment of legal settlement for certain blind persons and providing an effective date. Also: That the Senate has on April 11, 1995, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the Senate was asked: House File 54, a bill for an act relating to the qualifications of an applicant for a license to sell real estate in this state. Also: That the Senate has on April 11, 1995, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the Senate was asked: House File 161, a bill for an act relating to the fee which may be charged by an Iowa communications network receiving site. Also: that the Senate has on April 11, 1995, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the Senate was asked:
