predators, by providing that the place of commitment shall be
under the control of the department of corrections, by requiring
the state to pay the costs incurred by a county for services in
sexually violent offender proceedings, and providing an
effective date.

Senate File 443, a bill for an act to prohibit assaults upon
peace officers, basic emergency medical care providers, advanced
emergency medical care providers, and fire fighters by providing

emergency medical care providers, and fire fighters who are
performing their duties.
