The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared
to have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
Unfinished Business Calendar
The House resumed consideration of Senate File 440, a bill for
an act relating to probate including the lien period for estates
which have not been administered, the amount which may be passed
to a minor without appointing a conservator, the distribution of
an intestate estate to the parents, and special use trusts,
previously deferred and placed on the unfinished business
calendar.
Moreland of Wapello moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
