committee recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for
consideration.
Disney of Polk offered the following amendment H-3280 filed by
the committee on state government and moved its adoption:
H-3280
 1     Amend Senate File 94, as passed by the Senate, as
 2   follows:
 3     1.  Page 1, line 26, by inserting after the word
 4   "state" the following:  "and that state charges a
 5   nonresident a fee which is greater than that charged
 6   by that state to a resident of that state".
The committee amendment H-3280 was adopted.
Disney of Polk moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
