SENATE FILE 423 SUBSTITUTED FOR HOUSE FILE 396 Metcalf of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to substitute Senate File 423 for House File 396. Senate File 423, a bill for an act relating to delayed deposit services businesses and providing penalties, was taken up for consideration. Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent that Senate File 423 be deferred and that the bill be placed on the unfinished business calendar. HOUSE FILE 396 WITHDRAWN Metcalf of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw House File 396 from further consideration by the House.
