 3     1.  Page 6, line 26, by striking the words "is
 4   filed" and inserting the following:  "becomes
 5   effective".
 6     2.  Page 7, line 46, by striking the word
 7   "utility" and inserting the following:  "local
 8   exchange carrier".
 9     3.  Page 7, line 47, by striking the word
10   "utility's" and inserting the following:  "local
11   exchange carrier's".
