 2     1.  Page 11, by inserting after line 24 the
 3   following:
 4     "   .  A confinement feeding operation structure,
 5   other than an earthen manure storage basin, if the
 6   structure is part of a confinement feeding operation
 7   which has an animal capacity of two hundred or fewer
 8   animal units as defined in section 204.1."
 9     2.  By renumbering as necessary.
