Kreiman of Davis offered the following amendment H-3695, to
amendment H-3386, filed by him and moved its adoption:
H-3695

 1     Amend the amendment, H-3386, to House File 492 as
 2   follows:
 3     1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 2 the
 4   following:
 5     "   .  Page 2, line 22, by inserting after the
 6   word "quit." the following:  "The seventy-two hour
 7   notice shall provide the tenant with notice, by
 8   including a copy of subsection 3 with the notice, that
 9   the tenant may cure the clear and present danger."
10        .  Page 4, line 4, by inserting after the word
11   "quit." the following:  "The three-day notice shall
12   provide the tenant with notice, by including a copy of
13   subsection 3 with the notice, that the tenant may cure
14   the clear and present danger.""
