 1     Amend House Joint Resolution 14 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 3, by inserting after line 31 the
 3   following:
 4     "SEC. ___.  The state shall fully fund all property
 5   tax credits which are in existence on the effective
 6   date of this Article within one year after this
 7   Article becomes effective."
