 1     Amend House Joint Resolution 14 as follows:
 2     1.  page 2, line 10, by inserting after the word
 3   "governor;" the following:  "(__) receipts for a
 4   government's trust funds for unemployment benefits;".
 5     2.  Page 3, line 14, by striking the word
 6   "unemployment,".
 A non-record roll call was requested.
The ayes were 24, nays 59.
