Also: That the Senate has on March 29, 1995, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 292, a bill for an act relating to the powers and duties of the department of natural resources by authorizing the use of certain revenue to repay loans related to sewage collection and treatment plants in state parks and recreation areas. Also: That the Senate has on March 29, 1995, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 447, a bill for an act relating to erosion occurring on the site of construction projects by providing civil penalties for violations. Also: That the Senate has on March 29, 1995, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 462, a bill for an act relating to appropriations for the department of human services and the prevention of disabilities policy council and including other provisions and appropriations involving human services and health care and providing for effective and applicability dates.
