 1     Amend House File 281 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 2, line 32, by inserting after the word
 3   "who" the following:  "knowingly".
The committee amendment H-3383 was adopted.
Kremer of Buchanan moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
