Kreiman of Davis offered amendment H-3480 filed by him as
follows:

 1     Amend House File 528 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 6 the
 3   following:
 4     "Sec. ___.  Section 232.150, Code 1995, is amended
 5   by adding the following new subsection:
 6     NEW SUBSECTION.  3A.  Notwithstanding subsections 1
 7   through 3, records and files of a criminal justice
 8   agency concerning a person involved in a delinquent
 9   act shall be sealed when the person reaches twenty-
10   three years of age."
11     2.  By renumbering as necessary.
