 6   inserting in lieu thereof the following:
 7     b.  Violations by a child, age sixteen or".

15     b. a.  For a delinquent act pursuant to the laws
16   relating to arrest.
17     b.  By order of the court.
18     c.  By a peace officer for the purpose of reuniting
19   a child with the child's family or removing the child
