Division of the committee amendment H-3337 was as follows:
Lines 2 through 39, Division A.
Lines 40 through 50, page 1 and lines 1 through 15, page 2;
Division B.
Connors of Polk rose on a point of order that amendment H-3337B
was subject matter previously considered and therefore not in
order.
The Speaker ruled the point not well taken and the committee
amendment H-3337B in order.
Hurley of Fayette moved the adoption of  the committee amendment
H-3337A.
The committee amendment H-3337A was adopted.
On motion by Hurley of Fayette, the committee amendment H-3337B
was withdrawn.
Hurley of Fayette moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 135)
