HOUSE FILE 31 WITHDRAWN
Renken of Grundy asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw House File 31 from further consideration by the House.
House File 135, a bill for an act relating to obscenity, by
providing for restrictions on public indecent exposure in
certain establishments and by providing for the abatement of the
nuisance created by certain establishments concerning obscenity,
and providing an effective date, with report of committee
recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for
consideration.
