H-3452 was not germane.
The Speaker ruled the point well taken and amendment H-3452 not
germane.
McCoy of Polk moved to suspend the rules to consider amendment
H-3452.
A non-record roll call was requested.
The ayes were 30, nays 54.
The motion to suspend the rules lost.
Doderer of Johnson offered amendment H-3427, previously
deferred,  filed by her as follows:

 1     Amend House File 394 as follows:
 2     1.  By striking page 1, line 1, through page 2,
 3   line 10.
 4     2.  By renumbering as necessary.
