intervals in which general state financial aid payments are made

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 231), repealing air
toxics fees.

Committee Bill (Formerly House Study Bill 121), redesignating
the historical resource development program as the resource
enhancement and protection historical resource grants and loans
program.

COMMITTEE ON STATE GOVERNMENT
House Joint Resolution 7, a joint resolution claiming
sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the United States
Constitution over all powers not otherwise enumerated and
granted to the federal government and demanding that the federal
government cease mandates that are beyond the scope of its
constitutional powers.
