RULES SUSPENDED ON HOUSE FILE 438
Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked for unanimous consent to suspend
the rules for the immediate consideration of House File 438 and
to suspend Rule 31.8, relating to the timely filing of
amendments to House File 438.
