committee amendment H-3109, filed by him and Bernau from the
floor and moved its adoption:
H-3167
 1     Amend the amendment, H-3109, to House File 2 as
 2   follows:
 3     1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 13 the
 4   following:
 5     "(  )  Another defendant, who is equally culpable
 6   in the murder, will not receive or has not received a
 7   sentence of death for participation in the offense."
 8     2.  By designating, redesignating, and correcting
 9   internal references as necessary.
