SCR 5, by committee on judiciary, a concurrent resolution to
request that Congress propose a Constitutional amendment, for
ratification by the states, which would specify that the
Congress and the states have the power to prohibit the physical
desecration of the American flag.
Laid over under Rule 25.
On previous motion by Siegrist of Pottawattamie, the House
adjourned at 10:48 a.m., until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 17,
1995.
