1 2 CAPTIONING REQUIRED.
1 3 Each state board, commission, department, or division of
1 4 state government, including an institution under the control
1 5 of the state board of regents, which produces, or funds in
1 6 whole or in part the production of, a videotape, shall provide
1 7 for the videotape to be closed-captioned.
1 8 EXPLANATION
1 9 This bill provides that a state board, commission,
1 10 department, or division of state government, including
1 11 institutions under the control of the board of regents, which
1 12 produces, or funds in whole or in part the production of, a
1 13 videotape, is to provide for the videotape to be closed-
1 14 captioned.
