1 10 1995, is amended to read as follows:
1 11 3. Hunting and fishing combined licenses:
1 12 a. Legal residents except as otherwise provided ... $23.00
1 13 b. Lifetime license for residents sixty-five years of age
1 14 or older ............................................. $100.00
1 15 EXPLANATION
1 16 This bill establishes a lifetime fishing license, a
1 17 lifetime hunting license, and a combined lifetime hunting and
1 18 fishing license for residents who are 65 years of age or
1 19 older. The fees for the lifetime licenses are $50 for
1 20 fishing, $50 for hunting, and $100 for the combined hunting
1 21 and fishing license.
