  1  1    Section 1.  Section 483A.1A, subsection 4, Code Supplement
  1  2 1995, is amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1  3    NEW PARAGRAPH.  d.  Is on active duty with the armed forces
  1  4 of the United States and is domiciled in this state.  
  1  5                           EXPLANATION
  1  6    This bill provides that a nonresident member of the armed
  1  7 forces of the United States who is on active duty and
  1  8 domiciled in this state qualifies as a resident for the
  1  9 purpose of purchasing hunting, fishing, fur harvesting, and
  1 10 certain other licenses.
