1 1 Section 1. Section 153.14, Code 1995, is amended by adding
1 2 the following new subsection:
1 3 NEW SUBSECTION. 4. Dentists and dental hygienists who are
1 4 licensed in another state and who are active or reserve
1 5 members of the United States military service when acting in
1 6 the line of duty in this state.
1 7 EXPLANATION
1 8 This bill adds dentists and dental hygienists licensed in
1 9 another state who are acting in the line of duty as members of
1 10 the United States military service to the list of those
1 11 individuals exempt from licensing by the board of dental
1 12 examiners.
