  1  1    Amend Senate File 2470 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 25, by striking lines 17 through 27 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  WILDLIFE DIVERSITY.  There is
  1  5 appropriated from the general fund of the state to the
  1  6 state fish and game protection fund for the fiscal
  1  7 year beginning July 1, 1996, and ending June 30, 1997,
  1  8 the following amount, or so much thereof as is
  1  9 necessary, to be used for the purposes designated:"
  1 10    #2.  Page 25, line 33, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "section" the following:  "and revenues from the
  1 12 income tax refund checkoff credited to the state fish
  1 13 and game protection fund".
