  1  1    Amend Senate File 2470 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 26, by inserting after line 26 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND LAND
  1  5 STEWARDSHIP.  The department of agriculture and land
  1  6 stewardship shall utilize not more than $82,000 of the
  1  7 moneys appropriated to the department's administrative
  1  8 division in 1996 Iowa Acts, Senate File 2446, section
  1  9 1, subsection 1, if enacted, for the acquisition of
  1 10 laboratory equipment, including but not limited to a
  1 11 rapid fat analyzer and a nitrogen protein combustion
  1 12 analyzer."
  1 13    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
