  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5700, to House File 2421, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 5, by striking lines 12 and 13 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "e.  For renovation of the Lucas state office
  1  7 building:"
  1  8    #2.  Page 5, by inserting after line 19 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "It is the intent of the general assembly that the
  1 11 first and second floors of the Lucas state office
  1 12 building shall be used primarily by the general
  1 13 assembly and other legislative agencies."
