  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5700, to House File 2421, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, line 40, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "center." the following:  "Funding for the rural
  1  6 heritage center shall be contingent upon receipt of
  1  7 matching contributions from any other source.  The
  1  8 matching contributions may be in the from of donations
  1  9 of real property to house the center and shall be
  1 10 valued at the property's fair market value."
