  1  2    #1.  Page 1, line 9, by inserting after the figure
  1  3 "7671h." the following:  "However, until such time as
  1  4 the United States environmental protection agency
  1  5 makes examination questions available to members of
  1  6 the public, the chlorofluorocarbon freon may be
  1  7 purchased by a citizen of Iowa who has not attended a
  1  8 certification class and successfully completed an
  1  9 examination."
