  1  1    Amend House File 2387, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 27, by inserting after line 25 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 49.104, Code 1995, is amended
  1  6 by adding the following new subsection:
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  7.  Any person authorized by the
  1  8 commissioner, in consultation with the secretary of
  1  9 state, for the purposes of conducting and attending
  1 10 educational voting programs for youth."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
