  1  1    Amend House File 111 as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 11 and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "a swimming pool or spa operated by a
  1  5 homeowner's association representing seventy-two or
  1  6 fewer dwelling units if the association's bylaws,
  1  7 which also apply to a rental agreement relative to any
  1  8 of the dwelling units, include an exemption from the
  1  9 requirements of this chapter, provide for inspection
  1 10 of the swimming pool or spa by an entity other than
  1 11 the department or local board of health, and assume
  1 12 any liability associated with operation of the
  1 13 swimming pool or spa.  To avoid".
