  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 10, by striking the words "An
  1  3 energy efficiency plan" and inserting the following:
  1  4 "The board".
  1  5    #2.  Page 3, line 14, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "The" the following:  "board shall determine for each
  1  7 utility, specific capacity and energy savings
  1  8 performance standards based on the board's assessment.
  1  9 The energy efficiency".
  1 10    #3.  Page 3, line 16, by striking the word
  1 11 "savings" and inserting the following:  "performance
  1 12 standards".
