  1  1    Amend House File 2331 as passed by the House as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, lines 24 through 26, by striking the
  1  4 words "employment, including consideration of child
  1  5 care necessary to maintain the employment;" and
  1  6 inserting the following:  "employment; necessary child
  1  7 care;".
  1  8    #2.  Page 2, lines 14 through 16, by striking the
  1  9 words "Notwithstanding any limitations imposed on the
  1 10 department by this chapter or chapter 321, the
  1 11 department shall issue the license."
  1 12    #3.  Page 3, lines 4 through 6, by striking the
  1 13 words "employment, including consideration of child
  1 14 care necessary to maintain the employment;" and
  1 15 inserting the following  "employment,; necessary child
  1 16 care;".
