  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 13, by inserting after the words
  1  3 "this chapter." the following:  "The certificate shall
  1  4 grant the registrant the authority to sell commercial
  1  5 title insurance."
  1  6    #2.  Page 3, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  543E.3  CONFLICTS
  1  9 RESOLVED.
  1 10    In the event of a conflict with any other provision
  1 11 of law, this chapter shall control."
  1 12    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
