  1  1    Amend House File 2472, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 30, by inserting after line 35 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  MORATORIUM ON PRISON CONSTRUCTION.  It
  1  6 is the intent of the general assembly that no
  1  7 additional prison construction not otherwise provided
  1  8 in this Act be authorized or planned until on or after
  1  9 January 1, 1998."
  1 10    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
