  1  3    #1.  Page 3, by striking lines 14 through 17 and
  1  4 inserting the following:
  1  5    "NEW SUBSECTION.  6.  The transfer of custody of
  1  6 the offender to another state or federal jurisdiction.
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  7.  The procedures for contacting
  1  8 the department to determine the offender's current
  1  9 institution of residence."
